You are invited to attend our meetings and share your photographic interests, talents and ideas with other amateur photographers. Expand your photographic skills by sharing technical knowledge, photogenic locations, tips on field trips, workshops, and model shoots. Speakers of note are also scheduled to share their experiences and works of art at meetings during the year. We welcome photographers of all skill levels. Dues must be paid in full to participate in our monthly competitions.
Membership is only $20 per year! Payable by the year or $10 in July and $10 in January.
The Photography Club’s goal is to bring together those interested in learning about photography, and also sharing their experiences as photographers. Projects include exhibits, talking to elementary kids about photography, building a darkroom, online gallery, conduct a slide show and much more!
So, come share your interest and knowledge of photography with other club members! We will review and critique photographs by other members, have an interactive learning forum on various areas of photography (landscapes, portraits, abstracts, travel, etc) and explore digital photographic techniques using computer software. In addition, there will be special events such as: photo exhibitions, opportunities for outdoor photography (in association with Hiking & Nature ) and demonstrations and lectures by professionals.
